Easy Breathing Exercises for a Calm Day
You can do these three breathing drills at a desk, in a car or in bed. Each takes about two minutes.

Why slow breathing feels good
When life is busy, breaths get short without us noticing. A slow breath is a simple way to pause. It costs nothing and you can do it anywhere.
Three drills
- Belly breathing. Place a hand on your stomach. Breathe in through your nose so the hand rises, then breathe out slowly.
- Box breathing. Breathe in for four, hold for four, breathe out for four, hold for four. Repeat five times.
- Slow count. Breathe in for three, out for five. The longer exhale helps you settle.
Add a cue
Pair a drill with something you already do, like brushing your teeth. BreathiZen is made to support clear breathing and lung health, and four sprays fit the same moment.*
Go outside
Fresh air makes any drill feel better. Read fresh air walks and an outdoor routine for ideas.
